1.What are the mandatory documents required to rent a car?
Major Credit Cards (Visa & MasterCard), Valid Passport with Visa Page, Valid Local Driving License in English, or, International Driving License. Conditions can differ based on the country of hire. Please consult with the reservation staff for further details.

2.Is an International Driver’s License mandatory?
An international driver’s license is mandatory where the license is printed with Non- Roman Alphabet.

3.Is there a validity on the Driving License?
A new driving License in some countries is not accepted. The customer should have held the driving license for at least 1 -2 years. Please consult with the reservation staff for further details specific to the country of hire.

4.Can I amend or change my booking after the pick-up date?
Bookings can only be amended before pick up. Rates are subject to change in such cases.

5.What is the cancellation policy?
Bookings can be canceled without charges 72 hours prior to the pick-up time.

6.If the client is late in returning the vehicle, is there an additional charge?
Yes, additional charges will apply and it is the discretion of the rental company to charge rates in such situations.

7.Does the client have to pay a deposit upon picking up the car?
Yes, a deposit/credit card pre-authorization is mandatory and the amounts differ based on categories booked worldwide.

8.What is the fuel policy?
Generic Fuel Policy will be a vehicle supplied with a full tank of fuel to be returned with a full tank. Fuel Policy can differ in some countries.

9.Is a credit card mandatory? Can the client rent without it?
Credit card is mandatory in all major countries and the client can be denied a vehicle if credit card is not presented during vehicle pick up.

10.What is the minimum age limit to rent a car?
Age Limit differs based on destination of pick up. Please consult with the reservation staff for further details.

11.Are one-way rentals allowed?
Yes one way rentals are allowed for a few countries. Please consult with the reservation staff for further details.

12.Can they take the car out of the country?
Cross Border policy differs based on supplier and country where the hire is requested. Please consult with the reservation staff for further details.

13.What does the client have to do in the event of an accident?
Customer has to immediately call the emergency number listed on the rental agreement from the end supplier.

14.What is included in the rental price?
Rental inclusions will be Unlimited Mileage, CDW with an Excess Payable, Location Fee & Taxes. This could differ based on the categories selected. Please consult with the reservation staff for further details.

15.What is CDW?
CDW stands for Collision Damage Waiver. It is an insurance offered by the car rental company to waive in part or in full the Insurance Excess charged by Insurance Companies in case of an accident due to the hirer’s fault (including unknown damages/hit-and-run accidents).

16.Can the customer purchase CDW while booking, or, at the rental counter?
Some car rental companies may offer rates inclusive of zero Excess CDW. Customer has a choice of taking CDW from the counter if they wish to reduce the excess to ZERO.

17.What if the client returns the car early?
There is no refund for the un-utilized portion of the rental in case of early return.

18.What if the car is stolen?
Customer has to immediately call the emergency number listed on the rental agreement from the end supplier.

19.What happens if client has traffic fines?
For Traffic fines the customer will be notified and the amount will be deducted from the pre-authorization amount blocked at the time of rental pick up.

20.Can more than one person drive the rental car?
Yes, an additional driver can be assigned to the rental by paying a nominal additional charge to the end supplier during rental pick up. Additional driver charges differ based on suppliers. All mandatory documents like Passport with Visa Page, Valid Local or International Driving License for the additional driver need to present.

21.How can the client extend his/her rental?
Customer can call the agent who booked the rental in such cases or can extend the rental locally with the supplier.
